Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026. This policy is a working draft prepared for COCEC TECH LLC and should be reviewed by legal counsel before general availability.

This Privacy Policy describes how COCEC TECH LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the AdminRelay software, the cocectech.com websites, and the AdminRelay customer portal.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and password hash when you create an account; organization details if you create or join an organization.
  • Purchase information: licensing and order details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
  • License and device information: license keys, activation counts, and the technical identifiers the software reports to validate licenses (for example a machine fingerprint hash). The software reports license-validation facts; it does not upload the contents of your files or scripts to us.
  • Support and contact messages: what you send us through the contact form or support email.
  • Website basics: server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) kept for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use information

To provide and secure the product: creating accounts, issuing and validating licenses, delivering downloads, processing payments, sending transactional email (verification, license delivery, renewal and expiry notices), responding to support, and protecting against fraud and abuse. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

We use a small number of processors to run the service: payment processing (Stripe), licensing infrastructure (Cryptlex), hosting and delivery (Netlify, Supabase), and transactional email. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

4. Data retention

Account and license records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account; licensing records connected to payments may be retained where the law requires.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at support@cocectech.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, restricted server-side credentials, signed license grants, and least-privilege access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; report any suspected vulnerability to support@cocectech.com.

7. Children

AdminRelay is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
